PAYMENT METHOD

We have a number of payment methods. You may choose the one that is most convenient for you.

  1. Online Payment via Credit or Debit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express
    b. We do not have the facility of cash on Delivery (COD) basis.
  2. PayPal payment facility is also available.
  3. Only USD and INR currencies can be used to make online payments. The payments will be charged upon completion of ordering process.
  4. International and domestic wire transfer payment facility is also available in our system.
DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you receive a damaged / defective product please get in touch with us.

On receipt of your complaint we shall verify the nature of complaint and if it is found genuine we will go ahead with a replacement.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchanges are as follows:-

Please notify receipt of defective / damaged products to us in writing within 48 hours of your order reaching you. If you are unable to do so in 48 hours, we shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order. Include your order details and details of the piece you would like to return or exchange and your reason for doing so.Products should be returned unused and unwashed.

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, all other labels, bar codes, hangers, freebies if any and the invoice.

It is advised that the return packet should be adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to the products during transit.

The returned products are subject to verifications and checks by us in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return. If the claim is not legitimate we will invoice you the additional shipping cost for the product and return it at the original shipping address.

We reserve the right to reject any request for return and/or exchange of any products without giving any reasons for the same.

For the moment we do not have facility for the reverse pick up but will reimburse the charges for the same in case of  manufacturing defects as per actuals.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the products which are altered, made to order and made to measure.

If you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from the original purchaser you will have to request the original purchaser to initiate the return / exchange process.

If the product is duly accepted by us the value of the said product as originally paid by you will be refunded in the form of a store credit / voucher only.

If the quality of any of the products , services , information or other materials purchased or obtained by you through our website  did not meet your expectations ,no compensation will be given other than the return , credit voucher  or exchange of the product.

The customer cannot request compensation for any reason , including but not limited to any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product , any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances , any special incidental , indirect or consequential damage of any kind caused by the product, any issues with our delivery partners or their personnel, unavailability of the products which the customers tried to purchase etc., un reasonable and unlawful requests for compensation over and above the entitled refund , will be treated as loss to business cases. We hold the right to cancel orders and block the accounts of such customers without any prior notice.

We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/ orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
  • We have free shipping across India for all orders including prepaid. If your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or your location is not covered by us, we would request you to provide us with an alternative shipping address which we expect to have on our delivery partner’s delivery list.
  • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep the delays to a minimum.
  • For the deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the website.
  • The estimated delivery time will be about 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch. This depends on whether the products in your orders are on pre order, mode of location and on your location. We dispatch our products from Monday to Saturday and it takes another 3 to 7 working days for the order to reach you based on your locations. At times order can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 10 days of the estimated delivery time for unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.
  • We assure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them ( or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by our company and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
  • If a product is damaged upon arrival , either refuse to accept it or notify us via e mail or phone within 24 hours of receipt.
  • We would send you a tracking number with your shipping confirmation e mail. If there is an error in the shipping address you specified at the time of check out please e mail the same to us.
  • We are unable to change a shipping address or re direct the order once it has been dispatched.
  • Most of our items can be exchanged for a new product or store credit in case of any manufacturing defects. We adopt a 48 hour EXCHANGE policy as long as the returned products are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
  • We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures and we will take care of the rest.
  • It will take about 15 to 25 working days for you to receive a replacement or store credit.
WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS

Please note the standard warranties and the conditions for usage of the products in relation to each product. No claim (a) that is contrary to the above or (b) where products have been used contrary to the conditions of usage; will be entertained.

INDEMNIFICATIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless our company from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by us that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these supply terms or any additional terms applicable to the purchase of products.

In no event shall our company and its officers, directors, employees, partners or vendors be liable to you, the vendor or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not our company has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase of the products and services herein.

Notwithstanding anything to contrary, The company entire liability to you under this Terms of Offer For Sale or otherwise shall be the refund of the money charged from you, under which the unlikely liability arises.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions and the relationship between you and the company shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.

All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to the Terms & Conditions or any transactions entered into on or through the website or the relationship between you and the company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal and you hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.

CREDIT CARD DETAILS

You might be required to provide your credit or debit card details to the approved payment gateways while making the payment. In this regard you agree to provide correct and accurate credit/debit card details to the approved payment gateways for availing services on the website. You shall not use the credit/debit card that is not lawfully owned by you.

The information provided by you will not be utilized or shared with any third party unless required in relation to fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your credit/debit card details. Our company expressly disclaims all liabilities that may arise as a consequence of any unauthorized use of your credit/debit card.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally on a minimum order of USD 225. Payments are invoiced in USD. Kindly note that before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with the card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

There are no additional shipping charges from our end. All international shipping are on delivery duty unpaid (DDU) basis. Please note, you will need to pay customs duty and local taxes as per the duty and tax structure of the country you reside in. Customs Duty and local taxes will be on actuals as per the documents of our delivery partners, and you will need to pay the Customs Duty and local taxes if any at the time of accepting the order. Kindly note: that the payments are necessary to release your order from the customs on arrival.

We will use reliable delivery partners for delivery of the products who are of international repute eg. DHL, Fed Ex etc.

We do not have a reverse pickup facility for international orders You will need to ship the products back to us at your own cost.
